We met Steve when we looked a house that was one of Steve's listings. We did not have a realtor at that time and were just starting to look. I had sold 2 homes in the past so my feelings for realtors were sketchy to say the least. Steve was friendly and personable and we immediately felt that we could trust him. He did not come across too strong or pushy which we liked. And I'm not going to lie.....the fact that he was a retired police officer was appealing to me!!! We told him what we were looking for and he suggested we look at a house in Penhold. As we were looking at these houses, Steve got more of a feel for what we were looking for, and we were looking for something very specific, as we have a live in nanny (my Mom). Steve was very patient with us and never seemed to not have time to spend with us. He was always available to show us a listing. Steve also sold our house in Sylvan. We felt he was very knowledgable when it came to the market, and we never felt like he wasn't sure about what he does or the decisions he made. We got a fair price for our house and believe me, I did my homework!!! After we put an offer on our house, we saw that another house went on the market, and I told Steve that I wanted to look at it. Steve informed me that it did not meet our needs for my Mom and looking back, he found us the perfect house!!! We are so happy with our purchase, and I will recommend Steve to anyone that I hear is contemplating selling. In fact....our neighbors have hired Steve to sell their home and have nothing but great things to say about him. They thanked us for recommending him!!! You won't be sorry!!!
